- 100 Nights Risk Free Trial starts from the Day the product is delivered to the customer.
- You can decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 100 Nights for Full Refund.
- We are available for complete support on the through email.
- We would suggest you to use the Mattress at-least for a month. Still, at any given point of time, for any reason, if you want to return the Mattress and claim the refund, we will collect the Mattress and initiate the entire refund amount.

We offer complete 100% if you are not satisfied with your newly purchased mattress under 100 Nights Risk Free Trial (It starts from Date of Delivery for next 100 calendar nights).
The exceptions to 100 Days Risk Free Trial policy is that if the Mattress is not given back in same condition that it was delivered to customer. It simply means that there should not be any damage or tampering or stains with the mattress. We hope this is a reasonable request to receive the Mattress back in the same condition that it was delivered to you.

We will initiate complete 100% refund or there will not be any refund in case the Mattress is having strains or tampering or any kind of damage.

- Please ensure that the original Invoice is produce while request for refund. Not the photo copy, Scan Copy or Email print out etc.
- Please take complete care of the Mattress which means there should not be any Damage or Stains.
- You need to produce Product photographs and cooperate with the team.
- You need to send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to start the refund process.
- Final decision will be taken by vfmsleep team. Trust us that our decision will not be bias to anyone.
- For any return or cancellations, if you have opted for 0% EMI and while initiating the refund, team will deduct the Interest Part i.e. 0% EMI amount if same has been already given to you and rest of the amount will be refunded back to you.
- Return of the product due to wrong size will not be entertained in any case.
To return your product you need to email vfmsleep at email@example.com to arrange for a pick-up in return of your request.
To be eligible for returns, following conditions must be satisfied:-
- The item should be in the same condition as received by the customer. It should be with all tags, packing material and the guarantee card.
- There will not be any refund in case the Mattress is having strains or tampering or any kind of damage.
- The original packaging should be intact.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase needs to be supplemented along with the product.
Refund Mode and Duration
- A notification will be sent to you as soon as we receive your item purchased. If the defect found is genuine, you will be
notified for the same informing you about the status of refund after the complete genuine inspection within 3 to 5 days.
- The moment your return is approved, refund is initiated at our end into your credit card from which the actual purchase was made. Generally, it takes 7-10 business days to receive the refund amount, provided the card issuer’s policies remain stable.
If you want to cancel your order then do it before shipping. Any order cancelled after shipping will not come in return policy and no refunds will be given by the company.
